Witnessing time in London!
So, after visiting Iceland i went directly to London, where i stayed a total of 10 days in 2 homes, the Hillton home, and the Oasis home.
i must say that for me it was a very special time where i got to meet some dear friends, and go out witnessing in great adventures! first i'll let you meet the crew of the Hillton home ;) full of nice people.
There were 5 FGA/SGA adults: Isaac, a great magician as i've heard.
Luke and Lisa with their four little cherubs :D
3 of Luke and Lisa's cherubs
Tabitha, an amazing and really cool woman to talk with. KEEP THE SPIRIT! U ROCK!.
Sat, a very original and fun japanese guy
Sat (Ely did that tattoo on his arm)
While at this home i also met an old friend of mine, Sam Powdrill, an on-fire rocking-the-world guy. go show the world what you've got man! never loose that fire ;). i got to meet too the sister of a dear friend of mine, Stella! she is a very nice person to be along with, conversation starts to flow easily and freely, and she is very sweet too, ILY! :).
Then comes Angelina, a very independent and versatile YA, who's birthday was not that long ago :)
(Timely prayer request: please, pray that she doesn't kill me after discovering her picture over here... i know she's capable of it.... ) I LOVE YOU Angelina! Peace :D
Angelina
next in the line comes Natti, a gorgeous and very spiritual lassie, one of my very dear friends, GBH!! keep on rocking for the Lord! YOU RULE!
Natti
Bella, daughter of Tabitha and sister of Angelina, another gorgeous girl who i've come to befriend on my stay there ;) LY Bella!
Ely & Bella
Bella has a younger brother who is learning to be a sk8ter, his name is Wraf and he is a very jolly and active chap, ;) i look forward to hear more from you! :D
Wraf
And to end, let's not forget about the stellar apparition of Joy! with wich i got to share a few days with her before she had to go to Ireland. we love you tonz JOY!! PSD: we still have those videos of you singing with the stuffed dog :P Joy & Ely
and so, that is all for the moment concerning the inhabitants of that piece of heaven, and i'll move on to narrate the highlights of my stay :D
we went witnessing at least 2 or 3 times, wich was really encouraging and fun! i love to go out and meet new people in the street and tell them about the Lord, and see the difference from people in different countries how they react to it. Those that know me for long know that i would have never said that a 5 years ago years back... i had panick to go out witnessing!! i never wanted to go out :P and if i did i was in a bad mood because of it.. but TTL i got over it, and now i love it! i even have pity for the normal people you find in the street about the things they talk about and the useless lives they live.... makes me want to start to talk with them and show them that there is something more, that there still exists something brighter, something better, something to live and die for in this rotten world of ours...
but anyway, yeah, lets get back to the witnessing there in London :p i'll just mention the best day, wich was the one when we went to Hyde park, looking for muslims to talk with. we didn't find many but the few we found were quite interesting people, i would like to know more about them. so we arrived there almost at lunch time, and we were going to provision the lunch. there were different opinons, some that we should go and ask now for all of us (we were 6) at just one place, or divide in 2 groups, or go later when the lunch rush hour had passed. i was the main deffensor of the last, i think i was a bit afriad that they might not give us the lunch at this time, but we stopped to pray and ask the Lord what to do, and amazingly enough, i got that we should go then and ask for all of us; Stella and Andrew went to a pizza hut to provision the food for us, and 5 minutes later they came with bright faces saying that we would have lunch in 10 minutes! PTL!!! oh me of little faith... but i felt great! because i saw how the Lord spoke directly to me, and how he fulfilled His promise! it was a good start i must say :p.
Witnessing team having our provisioned pizza
after finishing lunch we had a nice LJ time and divided into teams, i went with Wraf, and we met some dear precious people there, like a bunch of arab girls who even shared their snacks with us!, and a brazillian guy with whom i got to blabber a few words in portuguese and talk in spanish with a portuguese accent LOL no really i thik that the Lord sent me a helper that spoke portuguese, because i could even say whole sentences in portuguese and i'd never spoken in portuguese before! it came out easily, and when i didn't get the words i'd just say them in spanish, and since they are suchsimilar languages we understood each other completely.
after the witnessing time, we encountered a nice Lamborghini wich Wraf and Stella took pictures with, i think Stella should own one of these, they suit her :P maybe in heaven huh? whatdayasay? :D
Stella and her Lamborghini
that day we came back late to the home and i have to say that i really was sorry, for there, waiting for me almost the whole day, had been a really dear friend of mine, who said that would go to the home that day to see me and talk. it really was very special for me to see you there Sophia, i'll never forget that talk we had. like i've often told you, to me, you're like a beacon of pure light in the midst of darkness, you are my role model! i treasure your friendship very dearly and having known you has been one of the best things that have happened to me in life, everytime i meet you, my life changes for the better :P and that day i must say was the best i've spent in London. ILY Sophia!! and Praise the Lord for having made someone like you :) you really are an angel in disguise ;)
Sophia and me
we went other days out witnessing, this time with Sat, and that day we made it to the cover of the Grapevine!!! can you believe it? if not, see for yourself :P and we also stopped to amuse our sight with this other shop.... LOL they really have funny names these hardware shops... ;)
Our witnessing team made it to the Grapevine!
